Project Overview
An audio-visual piece created based on the sensations and notions of hypnagogia. The piece drifts from restful and tranquil slumber before emerging into a state that is broken, chaotic and alarming.

This piece was given the opportunity to be brought into Capitol Theatre (Melbourne CBD) where the crystalline cave and grandeur nature of the building helped this particular project come to life.
Designed by me, the lighting throughout the stage, walls and ceiling was designed to further enhance the hypnagogic sensation of the piece in tandem with sound and visuals.
With over 4,000 lights in the ceiling alone, the intricacies of this project created a sense of delirium between wakefulness and sleep.
